Catherine Jackson - General Manager
Catherine has spent 30 years in the industry from managing a restaurant on Bourbon Street in New Orleans to seafood & steakhouses in Kansas City. She relocated to the Chicago suburbs in 2013 to be the GM of Devon Seafood + Steaks and in 2019 jumped at the chance to work with Todd and Tim. In her free time she loves to travel, go to concerts, catch up with loved ones, and enjoy a good glass of wine, sometimes while curled up with her cat watching reality TV. Growing up her mom was the ultimate Southern hostess, always making sure guests left their home feeling welcomed, full and happy. She learned from the best and hopes to make each and every guest at The Foxtail feel the same way Mrs Jackson did.
