Maya Nahouli - Executive Chef
Maya grew up in Lebanon on the Mediterranean and has worked all around the world from Italy to Turkey, Lebanon, Romania and Bulgaria. She had her very first restaurant in Mississippi called Mezza. She also ran her own food truck called Shawarma On The Go. Most recently She was the Executive Chef at Bar Siena in Chicago. Maya has a love of all things seafood, especially being from the Mediterranean, she grew up eating fresh seafood everyday and she wants you to enjoy food the way that she had when she was a kid.
